Products

We sell lyric-inspired posters and t-shirts, which are printed to order, plus digital downloads and design credits. Colours on your screen may look slightly different from the printed item. All designs are original artwork inspired by songs. They aren't endorsed by or affiliated with the artists or rights holders.

Orders and pricing

• Prices are shown at checkout, in your currency where available, and include any applicable sales tax or VAT.
• Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable, the price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our returns policy. Both form part of these terms.

Accounts and credits

• You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
• Design credits can only be used on this site. They have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or misuse the site.

Designs you create

• When you create a design, you confirm that what you enter doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights. It must not be hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable.
• Designs are generated with AI tools. We may refuse, remove or decline to print any design at our discretion.
• Designs created on the site may be shown publicly on the site. You let us display them, and use them to promote LyricPrints.

Licence for what you buy

Physical products and digital downloads are for personal, non-commercial use. You may print a digital download for yourself, but you may not resell it, redistribute it, or use it on items you sell, unless we've agreed to that in writing.

Intellectual property

The site, its branding and its artwork belong to us or our licensors. Song lyrics belong to their respective rights holders. If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the details and we'll review it promptly.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we aren't liable for losses that weren't foreseeable. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to an order is the one shown when you placed it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which we are registered. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and can bring proceedings there.
